2023 and still no thought in design

Take a look at this bridge, nice to see new innovations, but no thought for those with mobility problems, I know this is a footpath bridge, but people in wheelchairs and walking aids, along with families with buggies do use footpaths for country walks, the planners obviously didn't take this into account when designing this bridge.
